Check In/Out procedures for Northern Exposure:

Arrival time is 4:00 pm.
Departure time is no later than 9:00 am. 
Please no early arrivals or late departures!
The key to the house will be available at the house (165 Orange Street) in a basket at the front door. Both front door locks are the same key. There are additional keys on the kitchen counter in a glass vase.
The house will have been cleaned before you arrive.

The Wi-Fi name is Northern Exposure and the password is beantown
To lock the Master Bedroom glass door to deck, rotate the door handle up counter clockwise then turn the lock.
When adding a full or new tank of gas to the Weber Grill make sure that all the burners are completely off before connecting the gas regulator to the tank, then turn the gas on and start normally.
Please do not block driveway leading to the back of the property.

Directions:
From the Steamship Wharf - Turn left onto South Water Street, turn right onto Main Street, Turn left on to Orange Street the house is approximately 1 mile on the right before the Rotary Circle. 
From the Airport - Turn left onto Old South Road, at the Rotary Circle follow around and exit right onto Orange Street, the house is on the left before West Creek Road.

Other Instructions:
1) All trash should be removed to the outside trash cans. Trash cans are located front left corner of house (behind hedge & lattice). 
Trash pick up is Mon. & Thurs. early morning (Please take out the night before). 
2) Recycling is mandatory on Nantucket. Please use the recycling containers provided. All trash must be sorted for recycling (recycling bins in cabinets left of the refrigerator).
All trash must be in clear plastic bags (bags provided in cabinets left of refrigerator).
Please do not put any loose trash in trash cans (service will not pick up).
3) If you need to wash any of the white bath towels, hand towels, wash rags, bath mats or bed linens, please wash them separately without any other items that are dark or colored. Also, the blue beach towels must be washed separately without anything else.

Rules & Regulations:
1) No smoking inside the house.
2) No LOUD MUSIC after 9PM and NO LARGE PARTIES at anytime.
3) We do not rent to students or groups of students under any circumstances, even if a parent or legally responsible adult signs the lease agreement and/or pays the rent. If such a group attempts to occupy, ALL MONIES WILL BE FORFEITED AND THEY WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
